It is good to know that Yoga has been practicing 6,000 years ago. It was originated in India. The benefits from this practice are very effective that we keep practicing trough generations. Yoga has adopted many names and styles in order to serve all types of people with different needs. And also other disciplines has taken from Yoga the benefits of breathing and muscular contractions. Yoga has accomplished that is the only practice that brings our body to balance. Even if we practice any sports, we are always using one group of muscles more than the other.
